Veltraxionqumerz BV ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process via the website veltraxionqumerz.com, on which legal basis, how long we retain it, and which rights you can exercise under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Framework Act of 30 July 2018.

2. Data we process
We process data you provide via the newsletter sign-up form (first and last name, email address) and technical data generated automatically when you visit (truncated IP address, timestamp, browser type, language preference).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send you the newsletter, and on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to secure and optimise the website. We use your email address exclusively for the communication you subscribed to.
4. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as your subscription to the newsletter is active. After unsubscribing, we keep your email address in a suppression list for a maximum of twelve months to avoid contacting you again.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. For the technical operation of the newsletter and the website we rely on processors located in the European Economic Area, bound by a data processing agreement in line with art. 28 GDPR.
6. International transfers
Transfers of personal data outside the EEA do not take place, unless to countries that ensure an adequate level of protection or under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to object to further processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@veltraxionqumerz.com.
8. Complaint to the supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, via contact@apd-gba.be.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse, including TLS encryption, least-privilege access controls and yearly security audits.
